Butts & Guts is an invigorating hour-long class that consists of targeted glute, hip, and abdominal work through HIIT and strength training for the first 40 mins, followed by a Yoga cool-down focused on mobility and de-stressing for the remaining 20. The goal of the class is firmer, rounder glutes and hips, a flatter stomach and an overall higher level of confidence and energy! This is Wilmington's ultimate Fitness Class for getting real results.
Schedule: Monday to Friday at 8am Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7pm.
