Beach Bod Butts and Guts
Butts and Guts is an invigorating 1-hour long class that consists of targeted glute, hip, and abdominal work through HIIT and strength training for the first 40 mins; followed by a Yoga cool-down focused on mobility and de-stressing for the remaining 20. The goal of the class is firmer, rounder glutes and hips, a flatter stomach and an overall higher level of confidence and energy!!
