Tuesdays: Vo2max Carries/Grip
Wednesdays: Lower Body and Yoga 
Thursdays: Upper Body and Core
Fridays: Threshold runs and lower body
Saturdays: Bonus class/Specific work
Sundays: Hillsx3/Trailsx1
