Combat Intensity Tactical Training (CITT)
Come and train with us like a US Marine! Combat Intensity Tactical Training (CITT) improves an individual’s performance of combat readiness and will balance physical capacities, strength, power, speed, agility and endurance while reducing the likelihood of injuries and overtraining syndromes.
Tactical class emphasis by day
Mondays: Athlete (strength)
Tuesdasy: Combat (conditioning)
Wednesdays: Reload (active recovery)
Thursdays: Hybrid (Strength and Conditioning)
Fridays: Warrior (Power)
There are three phases of training:
Phase 1 Pre Deployment:Foundational training
Phase 2 Deployment: Improve/Maintain Combat fitness
Phase 3 Post Deployment: Recover and reintegrate
Test of Combat Fitness:
RipXFit has a full tactical course to include obstacles, casualty movements, ammo resupplies and combat encounters that will test even the most combat fit.
